Grand flat constructed in 1919 and covering 420 m2 (4520 sq.f.) situated in the heart of Barcelona, 200 m from the distinguished Passeig de Gracia Avenue and the most famous house ( La Pedrera or Casa Milà ) designed by the great Antoni Gaudí, Catalonia's most aclaimed modernist architect. This large and beautiful flat has the capacity to accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms, 4 of them are king size (21 m2 or 226 sq.f.) and the other two are queen size single (12 m2 or 130 sq.f.). There are 1 double bed (king size) and 10 singles. All the single beds are convertible allowing them to adapt to one double bed or two separates singles.

The living area covers 170 m2 (1825 sq.f.) and consists of a large lounge (50 m2 or 540 sq.f.), a living room (25 m2 or 270 sq.f.) a dining room (25 m2 or 270 sq.f.) with a table which is able to seat 14 people, a small games room, an old chapel and a business corner with PC, printer and Internet.

Furnished with central heating, double glazing soundproofing, air conditioning and fully equipped. Three complete bathrooms and a smaller additional one. The service area consists of a scullery, the kitchen and a utility room. A daily maid service is included.

There are 4 bedrooms each measuring 21 m2 (230 sq. f.), 2 bedrooms each measuring 12 m2 (130 sq. f.), and 3 bathrooms with full bath in each one (and one more smaller bathroom located at the service area). Each room has been decorated to create its own personal style and character.

Bedroom 1 together with bedroom 6 and toilet 1 make up a suite that measures 40 m2 (430 sq. f.). Bedroom 1 has a very large teak bed (the mattress measures 4 m2 or 43 sq. f.), 2 bedside tables and 2 small armchairs.

BEDROOM 6 (12 m2 or 130 sq. f.)
is the old dressing room of the suite and includes two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, which can be converted into a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, a bedside table, an armchair and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 1 and the dressing room (or bedroom 6) are separated from each other by the toilet and 2 doors.

BEDROOM 2 AND 3 - 21 m2 or 230 sq. f. (each one).
Each room has 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. These beds have a special system that allow them into double beds. Guests should decide which configuration they require at the time of making the reservation (or with as much notice as possible) so that they can be prepared with the necessary single or double sheets. Each room also has a bedside table, 2 small armchairs and a built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 4 - 21 m2 (230 sq. f.)
This room has also 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm (with the system that can convert it into a double bed), 2 bedside tables, 2 armchairs, a built in wardrobe and a washbasin inside the room.

BEDROOM 5 - 10 m2 (110 sq. f.)
Formerly, this was a study. Casa Serra has converted it into a small but cosy bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm which can convert into a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. So as not to lose space, this room does not have a wardrobe. Guests using this room have at their disposition the 2 big wardrobes, previously mentioned, which are situated outside the room and 4 metres from the door.

The area which consists of the dining room, the large lounge with split level section, the green room and the hall opposite the chapel is all open plan covering an area of 170 m2 (1825 sq. f.). The flooring in this area is platform parquet in restored antique oak.

This area has a controlled lighting system with remote control that allows you to create the atmosphere that you most desire, as well as air conditioning.

DINING ROOM - 25 m2 (270 sq. f.)
The dining room table is made of solid wood measuring 330 x 110 cm with a thickness of 6 cm, which can seat 14 people quite comfortably.

LARGE LOUNGE - 50 m2 (540 sq. f.)
Disposes of 2 large sofas with a length of 260 cm, a coffee table measuring 240 x 90 cm and a fire place with chimney (owing to the central heating system and for your own personal safety, firewood is not required to light the fire). The lounge has a music system with CD and radio.

GREEN ROOM - 25 m2 (270 sq. f.)
Has a sofa that can seat 3-4 people, 4 armchairs and a coffee table. The Loewe panoramic TV set with a 32 inches screen and international satellite facilities.

Formerly and until 1990, a private mass service took place here every Sunday. The decor has been maintained except for the alter and the altarpiece (of great artistic value) that were presented to the bishopric of Barcelona by the express desire of Señora Serra. GAMES ROOM - 9 m2 (100 sq. f.)
Originally, this is where the curate used to change his clothes before giving mass. Here there were wardrobes to keep the clothes that the liturgy required throughout the year. Now, there is a full sized table football (Catalan) from the 1950's which is in perfect working order, a chess and draughts board, backgammon and other games.

BUSINESS CORNER (SPLIT LEVEL SECTION) - 11 m2 (120 sq. f.)
This is the business corner which includes a writing desk and chair, a PC with a fast Internet connection, a laser printer and the necessary office automation software (MS Office).Two of the walls are open plan and lead to the large lounge from which the higher floor of the split-level section is reached by a wooden staircase.

Below the split level section, from the large lounge, or through a door from the dining room, you come to the service area, made up of the "office" or the scullery, the kitchen, a larder, a utility room, washing machine and dryer, and a staircase that leads to the 3 old bedrooms and toilet
